What People are Saying

Kevin Boss, Owner Boss Sports Performance
The Core First Strategies course changed my approach to training. Once I applied the principles of alignment and automatic core engagement to the training of my athletes, I noticed a reduction in frequency of pain and improved recovery among my clients. I utilize principles from this course to all aspects of our program design from movement prep to power training.
