Bio
Lisa has nearly 4 decades of clinical and administrative experience. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Biology in 1981, and from the University of Southern California with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1983, just two years before the first DPT graduates from that same program. She has completed extensive continuing education training since then, including a 3-month internship in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Vallejo, CA in 1985, and, most recently, a Certification in Functional Manual Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art in 2020. Lisa's expertise encompasses Orthopedic, Neurologic, and Vestibular patient populations.
Lisa excels at identifying and treating the cause of a patient's symptoms, rather than simply treating the symptoms themselves. She is passionate about returning her patients to, or seeing them surpass, their previous level of function. She credits the greatest honing of her clinical skills to the nearly twelve years she has spent training with the Institute of Physical Art.
Lisa currently works as a full-time clinician treating members of the Eagle Crest and surrounding communities in Central Oregon.
